1. Who we are
Alchemforge Inc ("Alchemforge", "we") is a software company in Spring Valley, New York. These terms cover our downloadable software products, including the Offline Bank Statement Converter (the "Software"). By purchasing, installing or using the Software you agree to these terms.
2. License
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on up to 2 computers that you own or control. The license does not expire. Updates we release for the Software are included at no extra charge. You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or redistribute the Software or your license key, and you may not reverse-engineer the Software except where the law permits it.
3. Privacy
The Software processes your documents entirely on your own computer. Your statements and their contents are never uploaded to us or to anyone else. License activation contacts our licensing service only to validate your key.
4. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee
If the Software doesn't work for you for any reason, email mendy@alchemforge.com within 14 days of purchase and we will refund you in full. We may ask what went wrong — only so we can fix it; the refund doesn't depend on the answer. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
5. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Automated document conversion can contain errors; the Software marks unverified rows precisely so you can review them, and you are responsible for reviewing exported data before relying on it, as you would with any data-entry work.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alchemforge's total liability arising out of or relating to the Software is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes
If we update these terms, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Material changes do not retroactively reduce the license you already purchased.
